Warowinoi (Eastern Germanic Medium Swordsmen (Early)) This unit is comprised of a small number of well-armed men bound to war and the leaders of great renown that command them. The Warowinoi wear the common garb; leather shoes, belt, a drab wool shirt and trousers. For protection they use a a variety of leather armor and a large leather-covered oval or subrectangular planked-wood shield.
