Boii Kludda Lugiae (Celtic Swordmasters) These nobles are armed with exceptionally fine two-handed swords, which are a testament to the skill of ancient Celtic craftsmen. They are not particularly common, but examples have been found in what is now Bohemia. These wonderful weapons require plenty of mobility and space to use, meaning the swordmasters employ a relatively loose formation. |

Boii Excingetoi (Late) (Late Boii Heavy Swordsmen) These swordsmen are recruited from the warrior class. Only a powerful leader with vast resources can enlist and train these professional soldiers. Although some undoubtedly bring their own equipment, the majority are equipped by their leader with good swords, excellent mail armor, sturdy helmets, and good shields. They are trained to throw powerful javelins as they charge into the enemy ranks. |
